While there are rumors of some new Strip Casino closures, the Avi Resort & Casino in Laughli, Nevada, has temporarily closed again due to employees testing positive for the Coronavirus. The closure will allow the property to re-examine every aspect of the operation.

Closer attention will be paid to disinfection procedures, social distancing measures, health checks, testing protocols, masking and how to best protect guests and employees. The property is expected to remain closed through at least July 10th. You can read more about this on the Yogo Net website.

Also, there have been rumors circulating of more Strip Casino closures for the Venetian Casino and Caesars Palace. Both could shut their doors again in the coming days over Coronavirus, and remain closed for about two weeks.

However, over the weekend the Venetian issued a tweet which said, “This social media rumor concerning a planned closure of the resort is false.” We will see.
