Gambling technology giant Playtech this week announced a partnership with PokerStars Casino that will see the latter launch a Spin & Win Roulette Live Casino product in the regulated Spanish iGaming market.
The new game, crafted by Playtech for its partner, will present PokerStars Casino’s Spanish players with a gameshow-style atmosphere that combines attractive presentation and exciting player experience with a host of different ways to win.
Spin & Win Roulette provides players with the chance to hit a multiplier of up to 100x. The game also offers a multiplier on every straight-up position on the roulette layout to enhance player experience even more.
The new Spin & Win Roulette title is built around innovative augmented reality technology in a bid to be more visually engaging and to deliver thrilling gameplay and thus boost player excitement and winnings.
PokerStars Casino is the first iGaming operation to launch a Playtech-designed dedicated live roulette game in the Spanish market. It should also be noted that the partnership between PokerStars Casino and Playtech comes as a continuation of the original launch and building on significant growth in the market over the past several years.
Aside from the key Spanish iGaming market, Playtech’s content is also certified and licensed to be provided in all major regulated jurisdictions and is available in those via partnerships with a number of tier-one operators.
Building on Success in Spain
Commenting on their partnership with PokerStars Casino, Kevin Kilminster, Head of Live Casino Innovation at Playtech Live Casino, said that they have developed a very strong working relationship with the team behind PokerStars Casino and that they are now looking forward to continuing to deliver innovative ideas together that take player experience to the next level in different markets.
Mr. Kilminster went on to say that Spin & Win Roulette has already proved quite popular with players elsewhere and that they are delighted to bring the game to a brand new audience in Spain.
Playtech and PokerStars Casino originally launched Spin & Win Roulette in late May exclusively across .com and .eu markets. The game was the latest dedicated multi-table environment title to be streamed from Playtech’s Live studio in Riga.
As part of their rapidly expanding partnership, Playtech and PokerStars Casino have also launched exclusive dedicated Blackjack tables.
Mr. Kilminster also noted that “growth through innovation and portfolio expansion across regulated markets is a core strategic goal” for his company and building on its success in Spain is a “continued area of focus for them.”
Early this year, Playtech launched its Quantum Roulette title in the Spanish market. And through a long-standing partnership with multi-brand gambling operator GVC Holdings, the technology company launched three Live Roulette tables in Spain this past March.
