After recently announcing its trio of weekly tournaments, online casino software developer Playson has inked a partnership agreement with Italian betting giant, Sisal Group, further reinforcing its position in the European country’s regulated market.
Lauded as a “real milestone,” the deal will see the Milan-based betting and gaming operator gain access to the supplier’s diverse games portfolio including over 75 slots to be delivered by way of the GAN (GameAccount Network) aggregator platform. Player favorites such as the recently launched Divine Dragon: Hold & Win, alongside other proven hits including Solar Queen, Legend of Cleopatra Megaways, and Buffalo Power: Hold and Win.
Also to be delivered to what is one of the longest established entertainment operators in Italy are Playson’s Funky Fruits series and Timeless Fruits slots.
Italian market:
Last month, mobile and web live dealer gaming provider Ezugi had the same idea when it also strengthened its foothold in the regulated Italian market courtesy of its own agreement with Sisal.
Commenting on the new collaboration, Sales Director for Playson, Blanka Homor stated via company press release that they are “very happy to partner with such a major operator in Italy” and that the agreement is a “real milestone” for them.
“We have new games and innovative features that we are excited about releasing to the Italian market over the coming months and fully expect these will be mutually beneficial,” Homor said.
Lucky Weeks:
The new partnership follows the announcement of Playson’s Lucky Weeks Network Tournament campaign.
With a total prize pool of €60,000, the campaign will be available to players in three exciting stages over the month of May including the 13-15, 20-22, and the final session will go down from May 27-29. Each of the three stages comes complete with its own €20,000 pot, which 150 lucky players will split. Of the 450 total winners, the leading participant will take home €5,000!
Included in the games line-up are the following popular Playson titles:
A minimum bet of €0.50 is required to enter while points are computed round-by-round, with every €1 (or the currency equivalent) that is won equaling 10 points; so winning €10 would represent 100 points.
EGR B2B Awards nomination:
In other good news, Playson has been shortlisted for Slot Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2021. Day one of the prestigious event will be virtual on July 6th, while on July 7th, the afternoon portion will be virtual and the evening portion will be held in-person at York Lawns, London, UK.
