Online gambling technology supplier EveryMatrix has announced an investment into LL Lucky Games AB (Lady Luck Games), a Swedish online casino game development studio.
News about EveryMatrix’s plans emerged just as Lady Luck Games prepares to list on NASDAQ First North Growth Market on June 23.
The young iGaming studio was founded in 2019 by a team of experienced digital gambling industry veterans. It specializes in the development of online casino games that are all strongly focused on delivering “superb gameplay experience and high-quality sticky designs.”
Lady Luck Games has also partnered with EveryMatrix’s remote gaming server, RGS Matrix. As part of this partnership, the server will provide everything the studio needs to craft and distribute its new games.
RGS Matrix will also manage compliance efforts and provide rapid entry of the games maker in regulated markets. The server is licensed in 13 different jurisdictions. The Swedish studio is the sixth RGS Matrix client and is joining Spearhead Studios, Wild Boars, FunFair, FlipLuck, and JVL.
Aside from its headquarters in Sweden, the young but fast-growing iGaming content creator also has an office in Denmark and a development studio in Latvia.
A Leading Player
Commenting on their investment in Lady Luck Games, EveryMatrix Group CEO Ebbe Groes said that in this studio they see a new generation of casino games being launched today. The executive went on that the developer “has all the prerequisites of becoming a leading player in the casino space.”
Mr. Groes further praised Lady Luck Games experienced team and noted that their expertise paired with EveryMatrix’s RGS Matrix “stellar technology” is one lucky combination that will certainly prove to be “highly successful and lead to a rapid expansion.”
The EveryMatrix boss also noted that porting Lady Luck Games’ entire portfolio of online casino titles to their server is extra welcomed as the gambling technology firm would get it certified for the growing US iGaming market where there is a great interest for “novel content.”
EveryMatrix kicked off its US expansion campaign last November when it applied for a license with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Lady Luck Games CEO and co-founder Mads Jørgensen said that EveryMatrix is the perfect partner for his company to grow its development and distribution powers. He went on to say that they are happy to receive the group’s endorsement and support while they prepare for their listing.
Mr. Jørgensen further pointed out that he is positive this collaboration will generate many wins for all parties that are involved.
As part of EveryMatrix’s endorsement of the studio, Mr. Groes will join its board of directors, it also became known.
