First Opened in 1995

According to reports on Yogonet and G3 Newswire, Paraguayan Judge Humberto Otazú has said that charges have been brought against the country’s Ministry of Finance member and President of the Gaming Board, José Ortiz as well as other higher echelon government officials and the Head of the Directorate of Charity and Social Assistance (DIBEN), Carmen Alonso.

Also reported was the development that prosecutors María Estefanía González and Osmar Legal have carried out raids of offices in the cases charging breach of trust, prevarication, and usurpation of public functions against eight people.
