Flutter Entertainment announced Wednesday two changes to the membership of its Board Committees, effective as of next Friday, July 1.

Nancy Dubuc will step down as a member of the Workforce Engagement Committee, and will be replaced by Atif Rafiq in the same role. Carolan Lennon, who has already been announced in April as a Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Workforce Engagement Committee.

Lennon is a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of AIB Group plc., and she will take up the role of Country Leader of Salesforce Ireland on 1 July 2022. Before joining AIB, she was the CEO of eir, a leading Irish telecoms provider, for four years up to January 2022. Prior to the CEO role, she held a variety of senior executive roles in the company, including Chief Commerical Officer. And before joining eir, she held a number of senior roles in Vodafone Ireland, including Consumer Director and Marketing Director.

Carolan’s appointment is in line with our Board renewal program having regard to the scale, geographic breadth, and growth of the business,” Gary McGann, Chair of Flutter, said in April.

Flutter is the Ireland-based parent company of brands including FanDuel, Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars and FOX Bet. After the company’s annual general meeting in April, it announced that Zillah Byng-Thorne will continue as Non-Executive Director, while Holly Keller Koeppel was appointed as Chair of Flutter’s Audit Committee, and David Lazzarato has been appointed as Chair of Flutter’s Risk and Sustainability Committee.
