Choctaw Casinos & Resorts Sign Three NFL and MLB Legends For Major Endorsement Deal

A leading Oklahoma’s casino and hotel operator, Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, announced on 29 August 2023 that the company will make a multi-million dollar deal with sports celebrities Troy Aikman, Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez, and Darren Woodson. As reported, the three sports aces will represent the ambassadors of Choctaw Casinos & Resorts brand in the respective four-year partnerships.

Major Endorsement Deal

According to the company, the engagement of the North Texas’ famous sports legends testifies about the impressive Choctaw approach to marketing strategy aimed to expand the footprint of the casino resort controlled by the Choctaw Nation, the third-largest Indian tribe in the United States. As the company’s sponsorships of North Texas‘ sports teams has grown 800% since 2017, the latest promotion deal seems a natural move for the brand.

Janie Dillard, senior executive officer, Commerce Division, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, is reportedly excited about the prospects:“We are excited to welcome championship-caliber talent in Troy, Pudge, and Darren to the Choctaw Casinos & Resorts family. As reported, “Where the Players Play” will include the images of Aikman, Rodriguez, and Woodson made at the Choctaw Casinos & Resorts to promote the brand across the North Texas market using the most viable advertisement media.  Troy Aikman, the iconic former quarterback of Dallas Cowboys, reportedly commented:“Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has come onto the sports scene in a big way. As a proud Oklahoman, I couldn’t be more excited to join their roster for this trailblazing campaign.”

Multi-Million Agreement

The operator’s deployment of the latest multi-million investment in legendary North Texas players will reportedly place the brand at 24 sports-related partnerships still in 2023. Its extensive operations has brought the brand the designation of an “official and exclusive casino and resort” with a series of the leading sports brands in Texas such as Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, etc.

Legendary Dallas Cowboys player Darren Woodson reportedly added: “From special appearances to hosting football watch parties in Durant, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the time I’ve spent at Choctaw. As reported, National Baseball Hall of Famer Pudge Rodriguez said: “I take pride in having represented Choctaw Casinos & Resorts for the past few years and look forward to continuing my association with them in this next chapter. The agreement between the resort operator and the celebrity athletes, assisted by RPM Sports & Entertainment from Dallas, Texas, marks a significant milestone for Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. The company representing more than 208,000 tribal members and employing over 12,000 people across various gaming and leisure facilities in Oklahomahas recently invested $500 million to expand its property in Durant, Oklahoma thus proving the strength of its corporate strategy and using the latest deal to take the game to another level.
