The Borgata Casino and BetMGM Poker, the exclusive online registration and qualification partner for the Borgata Winter Poker Open, has announced that the event will be taking place Jan. 1st through the 26th, 2024. The series consists of 22 main events featuring $10 Million in guarantees and 20 secondary and satellite events.

Throughout December 2023 and January 2024, BetMGM Poker will offer weekly Borgata Winter Poker Open packages, which include entries to multiple tournament events, a Borgata hotel stay, and other travel benefits. BetMGM Poker will also offer nightly seat-only qualifiers to the Kickoff, Almighty Million, Mystery Bounty, and Championship events. Players can win their  seats online for as little as $2 or register online through the BetMGM Poker app beginning Dec. 3rd, 2023. Borgata Poker will offer 16 different opportunities on-site to qualify for main events as part of the event schedule, seven of which may earn players a seat in the Championship.

Borgata Winter Poker Open begins with an event Borgata players know and love – the Kick Off Event, which features an $800 buy-in and a $2,000,000 guarantee. The Open’s second week features a $500 Almighty Million Event with a $1,000,000 guarantee. Borgata’s signature Almighty Stack is one of the largest starting stacks in the country at 100,000. The third week of the Open will be branded as Mystery & Mix week, anchored by the Borgata “Half-a-Milly” Mystery Bounty, a player favorite from The Return, with a $2,200 buy-in guaranteeing $2,000,000 and paying a top mystery bounty of $500,000!

Multiple Mix Tournament events will run daily this week, including an Omaha High Low Event, a H.O.S.E. Event, and a $1,100 PLO Championship with a $100,000 guarantee. The final week of the Open will bring the return of Championship Poker to Atlantic City. The Borgata Winter Poker Open Championship – a five-day No Limit Hold’Em event with a $5,300 buy-in and a $3,000,000 guarantee. Shuffling up in the days before the BWPO Championship Event, players can enjoy higher buy-ins and big prize pools in the 8 Max Event – a $2,100 buy-in, $300,000 guarantee and the 6 Max Event – a $1,500 buy-in, $200,000 guarantee.

The Borgata Winter Poker Open main event schedule also includes a Ladies’ Championship, and a Seniors Championship. Additional main events include the Borgata Big Chip Bounty and the new Monster Stack Big Chip Bounty, where players receive $500 for every player they eliminate. Both tournaments come with $100,000 guaranteed prize pools. The Saturday Series returns for the first two Saturdays of the Open with a $100,000 guarantee the first weekend and a $200,000 guarantee the second weekend.

Borgata will also bring back their Deep, Deeper, Deepest series for three special evening main events with $225,000 in guarantees and wrap up the 24-day Open schedule with the new Borgata Mini-Mystery Bounty, a $550 buy-in event, with a $250,000 guarantee and a top bounty prize of $50,000.
