SOFTSWISS Boosts Gaming Engagement with Enhanced Jackpot Features

Casino News

SOFTSWISS has recently upgraded its Game Aggregator platform by incorporating a jackpot feature into crash and live games, significantly enhancing the gaming experience. This innovation allows for broader participation in jackpot draws, including popular game categories within the SOFTSWISS framework.

The integration of the Jackpot Aggregator with the Game Aggregator facilitates this enhancement, enabling clients to easily configure jackpot campaigns tailored to various player preferences directly from the Game Aggregator’s back office. This feature aims to provide an optimized experience for different types of players, significantly enhancing user engagement across the platform.

Impact on casino metrics:

According to SOFTSWISS’s internal research, the introduction of the Jackpot Aggregator has had a positive impact on casino performance metrics. Following the implementation of a jackpot drop, there was a noticeable increase in player engagement, with the average Bet Count rising by 40% and the average Bet Sum increasing by 68% within the first month. This demonstrates the effectiveness of jackpots in boosting player activity and investment.

The eligibility of crash and live games for jackpots provides SOFTSWISS’s clients with additional tools to engage a diverse user base. For instance, crash games, which are particularly popular in Latin America, accounted for 3.9% of all games in the region in the second quarter, compared to less than 1% in Europe. This highlights significant regional variations in game popularity. In South Africa, the crash game ‘Aviator’ by Spribe was the top performer in terms of Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) during July and August 2024.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, emphasized the strategic focus on equipping online casinos with user-friendly and effective tools to captivate players worldwide. “Live games already have a dedicated fan base, and as crash games gain popularity, particularly in emerging markets and among younger players, it’s fitting to offer these audiences thrilling opportunities to win big,” said Kaminskaya in the company’s press release.

Angelina Stasiuk, Head of Business Line at SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, shared her enthusiasm about the expansion of the jackpot feature. “We are thrilled with the broader adoption of the Jackpot Aggregator and confident that it will attract even more players to this exciting experience,” Stasiuk commented. She also noted the technical ease with which clients can customize mixed jackpot campaigns to align with their specific goals and objectives.

Showcasing at industry events:

The company also announced that from September 24-26, the SOFTSWISS teams would present the enhanced features of both the Game Aggregator and the Jackpot Aggregator at stand B-160 during the iGaming industry event. This will provide an opportunity to explore trends in the iGaming sector and discuss the benefits of these integrations with industry peers and potential clients.
