Digital sports media group North Star Network (NSN) has announced the acquisition of iGaming affiliate Bojoko, marking the company’s entry into the online casino space.
The acquisition, finalized on February 14, includes all Bojoko assets and is structured with upfront and earnout payments, representing 3.0-4.5x 2025 EBITDA, depending on future performance.
With this acquisition, NSN aims to expand Bojoko’s reach, enhance its services, and explore new market opportunities. The company called the acquisition “a new chapter for the Malta-based asset, giving them the resources to become an even bigger force in the iGaming affiliate world.”

Founded in 2017, Bojoko has established itself as a major platform for UK and Canadian players seeking insights into casinos, bingo, and sports betting. Known for its user-friendly filters and transparent reviews, Bojoko has won industry awards like the EGR Nordic Affiliate of the Year (2021) and MiGEA Malta’s Best Affiliate Company (2022).
