Online casino games developer and supplier Red Tiger has strengthened its foothold in the Danish iGaming market through a partnership with Tivoli Casino, the online gaming operation of one of Denmark’s most iconic entertainment brands.
Named after the Tivoli Gardens theme park located in Denmark’s capital Copenhagen, Tivoli Casino is operated by Danske Spil, the Scandinavian nation’s state-run gambling operator and former gambling monopoly.
Under a partnership signed between Red Tiger and Tivoli Casino, the online gaming operation will gain access to more than 100 locally certified games from Red Tiger’s ever-growing portfolio, including classic titles Piggy Riches Megaways, Mystery Reels, Dynamite Riches, and more.
Denmark is one of a number of regulated European markets Red Tiger’s content is certified to be provided in. Other territories the provider’s games have been certified include Sweden, Estonia, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Spain. In addition, the casino games maker holds licenses from UK, Malta, Alderney, and Gibraltar gambling regulators.
Red Tiger specializes in the creation of HTML5 slots and table games that boast a number of themes and special features. Last year, the company launched its bespoke progressive jackpot system, which has quickly gained huge popularity among iGaming operators. Red Tiger also offers its own tournaments gamification feature, and the Smart Spins bonus management application.
Bolstering Danish Presence
Commenting on their partnership with Tivoli Casino, Red Tiger Commercial Director Chris Looney said that the online casino “benefits from having a brand that is famous throughout the world” and that it is a top-quality operation that delivers great entertainment.
Mr. Looney went on to say that going live with Tivoli Casino is “another feather in our cap” and that this launch continues their global expansion and strengthens their foothold in “one of Europe’s key regulated markets.”
Red Tiger celebrated another important milestone last week. The company made its debut in the US online casino space with the rollout of a selection of its content in Pennsylvania.
Red Tiger was able to enter the Keystone State through a license held by its parent company NetEnt. NetEnt, which bought Red Tiger late last year, has been part of Pennsylvania’s iGaming space since the summer of 2019 when the local online gambling market opened.
As part of an existing partnership between NetEnt and iGaming operator Rush Street Interactive, Red Tiger has integrated a selection of its portfolio with the operator’s two Pennsylvania-facing brands BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse. The initial rollout included hit Red Tiger slots Cash Volt and Gonzo’s Quest Megaways. The iGaming supplier plans to launch more player favorites with the two online casino brands in the coming weeks.
