Online casino operator Hurricane Global Group has strengthened its offering with the recent acquisition of HeySpin, a brand running on the Aspire Global platform.
The amount Hurricane Global paid for the newest addition to its offering has remained undisclosed.
The company said that under the terms of the acquisition, the newly added operation will be jointly managed by Hurricane Global itself and by its strategic partner, the Chilli Partners affiliate network.
HeySpin features more than 200 casino games, including slots and live casino titles from leading industry providers. The gaming site operates under licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission and services players from the Nordics and the UK, among other territories.
Of this recent acquisition, Hurricane Global said that it will help it strengthen its strategic alliance with Chilli Partners, a network with extensive user acquisition experience. The online casino operator further noted that the addition of HeySpin will help it cement its position in the iGaming space, while also bringing numerous benefits for the gaming site itself, including increased user traffic.
News about the HeySpin acquisition emerge shortly after Hurricane Global purchased DuxCasino. Based in Malta and Cyprus, the iGaming company boasts years of experience in the industry and said recently that it has ventured into the space with the mission to revolutionize it.
Combined Expertise
Commenting on the recent announcement, Aspire Global VP Sales Jov Spiero said that they are very pleased to partner up with Hurricane Global and combine their expertise. He went on to say that this partnership will ensure that the latter group “launches in regulated markets globally.”
It should be noted that the addition of HeySpin to its portfolio of brands will help the brand’s new owner explore expansion opportunities in the lucrative UK market.
Mr. Speiro pointed out that the iGaming operation will operate on the Aspire Global platform and will thus be able to utilize the company’s CRM and retention tools. He further noted that his company’s experience in running digital gambling establishments, its high-tech and flexible platform, and its compliance and regulation teams will support the safety of the ambitious operator’s investments.
The recent acquisition of DuxCasino and HeySpin are not the only big news shared by Hurricane Global in the last few months. Late last year, the company announced a content supply deal with Relax Gaming to boost the offering available across its brands.
Under the terms of that partnership, Relax Gaming’s proprietary and aggregated content went live namely on DuxCasino.
