Pennsylvania Casinos at 100% Capacity by June

Industry

Hold on to your seats, boys and girls! Governor Tom Wolf has announced that Pennsylvania casinos will be operating at full capacity beginning over the upcoming Memorial Day holiday!

Most Coronavirus restrictions at casinos in the state will be removed in time for residents to enjoy the long weekend. The one exception will be that wearing a mask is still required. However, individual casinos will have the autonomy to decide their own capacity limits and any other safety measures they would like to keep in place.

This reprieve will also be extended to bars and restaurants in Pennsylvania. However, even with the state relaxing rules, the Philadelphia Health Commissioner has yet to confirm that his city would follow the state’s plan.
