Caesars launches new platform allowing guests to book hotel and flight

Casino giant Caesars Entertainment announced Wednesday it is making it easier for loyalty program members to book their travel to Las Vegas with its new airfare booking option, called the Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle.

Guests can now book an entire vacation, and not just their resort accommodations, through Caesars’ website or by calling the company’s call centers, “all while earning reward credits through Caesars Rewards.”

Caesars guests will earn credits when booking flights and hotels with the Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle and can redeem those credits at one of the company’s 50+ gaming destinations across the US and Canada, or online through the Caesars Sportsbook or iCasino apps.

While the Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle is available to anyone, Caesars Rewards members will receive exclusive discounts. The operator touts the ability to book both a flight and resort stay as a first for a major domestic casino company.

Pavan Kapur, SVP of Commercial Operations for Caesars Entertainment, said: “We’re so proud to see the Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle come to fruition. We have more than 60 million Caesars Rewards members across the country, including 1.5 million who have signed up through our Caesars Sportsbook mobile app over the last year.”

The Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle on Caesars.com provides a fast and simple way for all of them to use their Caesars Rewards benefits, discounts and reward credits to visit us in Las Vegas today and soon, anywhere across the Empire,” Kapur added.

The Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle will initially launch with the option to book commercial air and hotel rooms. Later in the year, guests will also have the ability to reserve a rental car, make dining reservations through Open Table, and book entertainment through Ticketmaster, all through the Caesars.com website.

Customers will also be able to book travel insurance, pool reservations, sportsbook reservations and other offerings. The new booking option was created in partnership with Snowstorm Technologies, a global provider of travel technologies.

Riaz Pisani, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Snowstorm Technologies, commented: “Caesars Entertainment has an incredible legacy for providing some of the best customer service in the industry. We are honored to partner with them to continue to build on that legacy.”

“Together we have invented, built and deployed a new technology platform that provides an all-new capability, making it easier than ever for guests to create a customized trip at any of Caesars’ 50+ US properties,” he concluded.
