There’s another big construction project near the Horseshoe! This time it’s Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, a $50 million dollar venue that will take up 25,000 square feet and stand four stories! Evening Entertainment Group is the Arizona company investing in the project, which will overlook Las Vegas Boulevard from the Grand Bazaar Shops.

The Bottled Blonde brand was originally established back in 2014 in Scottsdale. Since that time, they have expanded to several cities, including Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Miami. As a testament to its success, the news release proudly declares that it holds the title of the highest-grossing bar venue in both Arizona and Texas.

To pave the way for the Bottled Blonde Las Vegas location, construction is having to tear up a lot of ground right beside the Strip near Flamingo Road. However, specific details about the build and any existing buildings that may be be demolished have not been published.

“This project has been a long time coming, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the Bottled Blonde experience front and center to the Las Vegas Strip,” said the co-owner of Evening Entertainment Group, Les Corieri, . “With street-front access to the highest pedestrian traffic count in the United States, this is the best location in the world.”

Like their other locations, Bottled Blonde Las Vegas will offer pizza, sandwiches, and beverages. But when night falls, an “upbeat happy hour” will help transitions the venue into a nightclub for the first two floors! The third floor will have lounge seating and will be available for private events. The rooftop will provide live music and DJ’s.

The Bottled Blonde Las Vegas location should be open late this year or early in 2024.
