BetMGM has started combining player pools between its New Jersey and Michigan online poker markets, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the company’s poker, offering players an enhanced app, larger promotions, and more online poker action. In addition to combined player pools in New Jersey and Michigan, BetMGM Poker has recently launched an improved app in all of its markets. The new app is highlighted by a streamlined log-in journey and new lobby design.

To celebrate the roll out of shared player liquidity between Michigan online poker and players in New Jersey, BetMGM Poker will host its biggest tournament series to date on Sunday, November 17th. The BetMGM Poker Online Championships will run from then through December 1st and feature $2,000,000 in guarantees, nightly trophy events and a series leader board.

“This is a landmark day for our poker product as we combine player pools in select markets,” said Angus Nisbet, VP of Gaming, BetMGM. “With the introduction of shared liquidity, we’ve listened to players’ desire for more games and larger prize pools. By showcasing our best-in-class omni-channel experience – spanning property, sports betting and online casino – we’re committed to providing an unparalleled poker experience for our players.

The arrival of merged player pools brings additional omni-channel poker opportunities with MGM Resorts properties.
