Evolution Gaming Unveils Power Blackjack

Latest News

Major Live Casino supplier Evolution Gaming today rolled out its latest blackjack gaming title, Power Blackjack.

The game was first unveiled during this year’s ICE 2020 conference and exhibition show in London. It further bolsters Evolution’s Infinite range of releases, which also includes the studio’s Infinite Blackjack and Free Bet Blackjack products.

As every Infinite game that is available on the market, Power Blackjack offers an unlimited number of seats for players at a single table. However, what makes Power Blackjack different from Evolution’s other blackjack titles is that it features an added opportunity for players to boost their winnings as they can choose to double, triple, or even quadruple down their bet on their two initial cards. They can make such decisions even after a split.

Evolution’s entire Infinite range also features low bet limits, four side bets, and the Six Card Charlie rule, among other innovations.

News about the launch of Power Blackjack emerge shortly after the Swedish Live Casino studio released a trio of new First Person table games. The company debuted last month its First Person Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and football-themed Football Studio to grow its range. The three new games feature the Go Live button that is unique to the First Person lineup and takes players through an in-game portal to the live version of each of the games.

Giving Players More of What They Love about Blackjack

Commenting on the addition of Power Blackjack to their Infinite range, Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said that with this new game their mission was to offer players “more of what they love about blackjack without changing the underlying gameplay.”

Mr. Haushalter went on that they know players love classic blackjack but they always look for ways to keep the game fresh and creating a product that enables players to triple and even quadruple down their bets instead of just doubling down, “felt like a great way” to keep things fresh.

The Evolution CPO also elaborated that their first Infinite Blackjack title, which was rolled out a couple of years ago, was just a blackjack platform that offered an unlimited number of players to participate in action at just one table, instead of the standard seven seats.

Evolution then built on the success of the Infinite format by adding the Free Bet Blackjack and Power Blackjack titles, Mr. Haushalter noted. The Live Casino studio plans for more Infinite Blackjack titles to be released in the future, it also became known.
