GiG to Power New Alpha Affiliates Online Casino Brand

Latest News

Online gambling provider Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) announced earlier today that it has signed a long-term agreement with GS Technologies Limited.

The agreement will see GiG provide its platform and front-end development to a new casino brand that is to be created with GS Technologies Limited’s license from the Malta Gaming Authority.

The recently inked agreement is based on GiG’s new fixed fee model. It has a duration of minimum three years with automatic extension for another three years.

GS Technologies Limited is the company behind the Alpha Affiliates program and online casino brands. Founded in 2012, Alpha Affiliates has built a multi-brand portfolio of online casinos that service players from a number of major markets.

The affiliate program’s portfolio comprises the LOKI Casino, GunsBet, WebbySlot, Golden Star Casino, Megapari, Crazy Fox, and Euroslot online casinos.

As a result of the partnership between GiG and Alpha Affiliates, new casino offering will be launched by the end of 2020. GiG said that it expects the partnership to make a positive contribution to its revenue from 2021 onward.

Looking Forward to a Long-Term Relationship

Commenting on their partnership with Alpha Affiliates, GiG Chief Executive Officer Richard Brown said that the affiliate program has been “a successful operator in the iGaming business over many years” and that he is delighted that they have chosen his company’s platform and front end technology for their new Maltese online casino brand.

Mr. Brown added that they are looking forward to a long-term relationship with their latest partner.

Alpha Affiliates CEO Nick Prokofev said that GiG has built a reputation as a “reliable and trustful company” and that they are pleased to “start one more successful project with such partner.”

GiG Takes Playtech’s iPoker to Diversify Platform Offering

GiG recently celebrated another big milestone. The company announced that it has teamed up with gambling software giant Playtech in a move that enabled GiG to integrate Playtech’s iPoker product to its platform and further grow the offering it delivers to its network of operator partners.

Through that recent partnership, GiG’s customers will be able to benefit from a wide range of poker types featured on iPoker, including Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 6-Plus Hold’em, and Sit’N’Gos as well as from a number of different table stakes and tournament buy-ins.

GiG’s partnerships from the past several months reflect the new course the company has taken, that of a B2B supplier of products and services for the online gambling industry.

As part of that new growth strategy, GiG finalized in April the sale of its B2C brands to major online gambling operator Betsson.
