Las Vegas Face Masks Now Required for Some Games

Industry

Players may not want to hear this, but the Nevada Gaming Control Board now says Las Vegas face masks must be worn at games that do not separate players with plexiglass.

The order comes down as Nevada has seen an explosion of new Coronavirus cases, and it adds to the existing health and safety policies for all relevant venues. It is no longer a matter of choice for guests given the proved effectiveness of masks.

While everyone has their own personal reason for not wanting to comply, for casinos it is a mandated law. As more Las Vegas casinos reopen, it is wise to take precautions by taking reservations or limiting players in a given area, usually up to three for blackjack, four for roulette, and six for craps.
