S

an Manuel Casino did not bring back the game immediately after it reopened on June 15 from its roughly three-month coronavirus closure in June.

According to the casino’s website, roulette returned to the gaming floor and in its high-limit rooms, but with changes that included plastic barriers between dealers and players and only two players to a table. The form of roulette that San Manuel has does not use a ball, but rather cards located in each slice of the roulette wheel to determine the winning number, the Sun reports.

According to San Manuel’s website, it has 95 table games (up from 68 at the time of its reopening) available out of more than 130 at the property. Some of the games available include blackjack, fortune pai gow, three card poker, four card poker, and Texas hold’em. The two-player rule and the use of plexiglass apply to all of them.

For games that are poker derivatives, players no longer touch the cards. Chip cleaning takes place nightly and throughout the day. Prior to COVID-19, the cleaning schedule was twice per month.

Some table games are still not available. San Manuel Craps and the massive Blackjack Arena that allows up to 36 players both remain closed, according to the website.
